Welcome to Master PCOS, operated by Simkins Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Master PCOS mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Not Medical Advice Disclaimer

Master PCOS provides educational and informational content only, including workouts, recipes, meal ideas, wellness information, and tracking tools.

The Services are not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, nutrition plan, or wellness routine, especially if you have PCOS, are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical condition.

You understand and agree that:

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that physical activity, exercise, and dietary changes involve inherent risks.

By using the Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

You agree that Simkins Company and Master PCOS are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from your participation.

3. User Eligibility

You must be:

Using the Services with parental or legal guardian consent

You represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activity that occurs under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

5. Content Ownership & License

All content provided through Master PCOS — including workouts, videos, recipes, text, images, branding, and app design — is owned by Simkins Company or licensed to us.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content

Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

6. User-Submitted Content

If you enter your own data (meals, workouts, notes, tracking information), you retain ownership of your personal data.

By submitting content, you grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the Services.

7. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If the Services include paid subscriptions:

Fees are billed through the App Store or authorized platform

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law

Subscription terms are governed by Apple’s App Store policies

8. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

Weight loss

Hormone balance

Symptom improvement

Specific health outcomes

Results vary by individual.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
